CARRIER MILLS, Ill. (WJPF) – A man has been arrested for multiple felonies in Carrier Mills.

On May 13 police were called to the East Walnut Street area in reference to a domestic dispute.

An individual who was involved was located and identified as 33 year old Tyler Sanders of Eldorado. Sanders was wanted for Escape from a Penal Institution, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Residential Burglary.

Sanders  physically resisted the officer and kicked the officer during the struggle, which resulted in additional Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer and Resisting Arrest charges.

Sanders was taken to the Saline County jail.
