The latest Saluki men’s basketball player to enter the NCAA’s Transfer Portal is guard Trey Miller.

The sophomore guard saw limited action this past season, playing in 24 games and averaging 7.3 minutes per game.  He averaged 1.1 points and 1.0 assists this past season.

Miller transferred to SIU from Incarnate Word last offseason.  At Incarnate Word, Miller started 28 games and averaged 10.4 points for the Cardinals as a true freshman.

Miller marks eight total Saluki men’s basketball players to enter the NCAA’s Transfer Portal since the university parted ways with Bryan Mullins.

The move leaves just two players remaining on the active roster: freshman guard Sheridan Sharp and senior guard Jovan Stulic.
