In 1977, Wings topped the U.S. albums chart with their only live album, Wings over America. The album consisted of performances from the American leg of their acclaimed Wings Over the World Tour. In the band’s native U.K., the album peaked at number 8 on the chart.
In 2018, singer-songwriter Neil Diamond announced his retirement from touring after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Despite his retirement from the road, Diamond said he was not retiring from music, and he’d continue to work on new projects.
