MARION, Ill. (WJPF) – A Williamson County Grand Jury has indicted two men on charges they vandalized a church.

Ethan Lam and Chad Krueger are accused of breaking multiple windows and starting a fire inside of the McKinney Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. The damage, estimated to be at least $300,000, was discovered on July 24.

According to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office, Ethan Lam was arrested on July 30 and Chad Krueger was arrested on August 14. A Williamson County Grand Jury convened in August and indicted Lam and Krueger for place of worship arson and criminal damage to property.
