A Randolph County man is charged with five counts of child pornography possession. The case involving Kelly Kane, 41, of Coulterville will be prosecuted by the Illinois Attorney General’s office and the Randolph County State’s Attorney’s office. Each count is punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
