The Illinois Department of Human Services says full SNAP benefits are being restored statewide.
Officials report all remaining November benefits will be issued in the coming days, and every SNAP recipient will receive their full amount by November 20th.
About 1.9 million Illinoisans rely on SNAP for food assistance.
The update comes after the federal government shutdown ended.
