FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) – A Benton man is facing multiple child sex offense charges.

On July 5th, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office received information involving allegations of sex offenses relating to a juvenile victim. An investigation was initiated immediately.

On August 1, Deputies executed an arrest warrant and took 34 year old Brian Davis into custody. 

Davis is charged with Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child, Child Pornography, and Criminal Sexual Assault.

He was transported to the Franklin County Jail where he remains pending a Pre-Trial Detention Hearing.
