CAMPBELL HILL, Ill. (WJPF) – Air quality tests conducted at the Trico School District have come back clean.

The tests were ordered as a precautionary measure earlier this week after decades old floor tiles were damaged, potentially sending asbestos particles into the air.  The district says they were already in the process of removing those tiles, with the project scheduled to be completed over the summer.

Trico students will utilize e-learning and return to the classroom Thursday
