JACKSON COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) – A Marion man is dead after a single vehicle crash in Jackson County.

It happened at about 2:15 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Royalton and Barwick Roads.

According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, Trenton Miller, 31, was traveling east on Royalton Road when his vehicle veered off of the road, hit a culvert and utility pole, and rolled vehicle several times.

Trenton Miller was thrown from the wreck and died at a local hospital.  He was the only occupant of the vehicle.
