WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) – Authorities in Williamson County are investigating a fatal traffic crash.

The sheriff’s office says one person was killed Tuesday morning in a fiery two car crash at the intersection of Grassy Road and Caney Branch Lane.

The name of the person killed has not been released.
